    Spectrum of Opportunity Scholarship – Jauron Legacy Fund

    eligibility

    Applicants must:

    1) Be a resident of Essex, Middlesex, and Suffolk Counties

    2) Be enrolled in or accepted to:

    •  A college or university program OR
    • A professional certification or licensure program

    3) Be pursuing coursework, certification, or a degree in:

    • Special Education OR
    • A field related to advancing individuals with autism or disabilities (examples include but are not limited to: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Inclusive Education, Disability Studies, Assistive Technology, or related human services fields)

    4)Be enrolled for the upcoming academic year

    5) Submit essay response to the following questions (maximum 500 words):

    • Why have you chosen to pursue a career supporting individuals with autism or other disabilities?
    • How do you hope to advance inclusion, advocacy, or meaningful opportunities for individuals with disabilities through your future work?
    • How will this scholarship help you achieve your educational and professional goals?
